This document sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the 1314 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 1314 platform through our website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, along with all related policies referenced herein.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. Continued use of the 1314 platform after any changes to the terms are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Users below the minimum age are not permitted to register or access any services offered by 1314.

2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full services of the 1314 platform, you are required to register and create a user account. During registration, you agree to provide information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination without prior notice.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the freezing of any balances held within them.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 1314 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
1314 reserves the right to request identity verification from users at any time, including during the withdrawal process or when suspicious activity is detected. Failure to provide the required verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or closure of the account.

3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
As a user of the 1314 platform, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
Users are prohibited from engaging in any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform, including but not limited to: using automated software or bots to access the platform, attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to our systems, committing fraud or money laundering through the platform, and any attempt to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
Any form of harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour directed at other users or our staff is strictly prohibited. 1314 reserves the right to take immediate action against any account found in violation of this policy, including instant suspension and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

4. Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the 1314 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through supported banking channels and digital wallets, including online bank transfers via FPX and local digital wallets listed on the platform.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method. For the latest transaction limits, refer to your account section after logging in. 1314 is not responsible for any additional charges or fees imposed by your bank or payment service provider.
Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account registered under the same name as the platform account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and are subject to our internal verification process.
1314 reserves the right to hold or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, we may request additional supporting documents before approving the transaction.

5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
1314 provides this platform on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or delays at all times. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 1314 shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or incidental damages arising from the use of this platform.
1314's total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 1314 platform are our exclusive intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of this content without prior written consent from 1314.

6. Account Policies, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
1314 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including: breach of these terms, suspected fraud or illegal activity, prolonged account inactivity, or at the request of a competent authority. In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may not be refunded depending on the nature of the breach.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team via email. Closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled and there are no outstanding active bets.
Changes to These Terms
1314 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via in-platform notifications or to their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
